What can I do for you?

• Programming at your premises: CMM programming services in situ. As I have my own offline software I can do as much as possible outside of your CMM. If preferred, send me your drawings/models in advance and I can start working on your program offline. Then I can tweak the program at your machine, saving you valuable time that could be used in inspection.
• Offline programming only: I am able to program offline with or without CAD models, giving you the exact coordinates and dimensioning of every feature in your program. Then your own CMM programmer will need to specify the probes and add move vias (if necessary).
• Dimensioning only: One of the most time consuming tasks on the CMM programming is the feature dimensioning; as some features have very complex Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements. I can dimension all features after the part have been measured at the machine.
